JAL 'LIVE' in concert !!

If you say that you have graduated from collage just 5-6 years back and are unaware of the song called Aadat then I would say Sorry uncle/aunty!! ;)

Yes !! 'Aadat' was the first ever song in spite of having tinch of sadness I liked it ..oopps loved it..

I remember the times where we used to do our assignments in the college canteen during Saturdays while this song was on Repeat mode in our headphones. 

Not a single cul-fest had missed this song after its release ..and that's the time I started liking the band called JAL!! 

I used to surf the TV channels to see the original video of 'Wo Lamhey" ..The music...lyrics...and singers...amazing trio !! (Remember...the era without YouTube and Dial-up internet) 

"Panchi", "Bikhra Hoon Main","Ik Din Aayega", "Dil Harey", "Sajni" are some of my favo tracks of the band..

As alwayz 26 th May(my mommy's bday :) ) comes with lot many surprises for me .....I got my first job on this day ..and which turn out to be the turning point of my life..professional and personal both!! 

And other event happened today that I got the chance to see Farhaan of JAL band LIVE in concert !! 

It feels awesome to hear your favorite singers LIVE and that gives me goose bumps !! :)

In last 6 months this is my third LIVE concert after 'Euphoria' and 'Vishal-Shekhar' !!! 

Enjoyed the day...and as I wrote in my post about LIVE concerts ...yeahh!! now I can say some wishes do come true!! 

Is it so tough to be happy??

 I dont know what will be your answer to this question. but certainly mine is 'NO' ...it is not at all tough to be happy...happier or the  happiest...!!

I live each day with same feeling that life is a gift and it's our duty/right to be happy and make others happy. (You can see my blog-profile says that too)

I have some faded memories of some of the incidents during my pre-school and school where my teachers used to say my parents that she is a 'happy -go- lucky' child...I have not discussed this with my parents but from their indirect talks related to my childhood I can figure it out that I used to get happy with small small tiny-miny things ...

As I grew older , yes the 'sadness' factor obviously sent me a 'friend request' , which I colud not block it but yes simply started searching means to ignore it. 

My father alwayz says that we need to be 'bindaas' in life keeping the positivity alive and some how I started following his words , I started searching happiness in small things around me. Mood swings and Sadness are integral part of life and as a normal human being I have them all.And somehow I alwayz try hard to manage to come back to normal zone ASAP. 

There were times when I have felt sheer sadness , specially during that HYD-leaving phase . It was a tough - time and  I stood strong with the help of papa (obviously - he never ever can see me weak and I never ever can prove his wish wrong ,mutual you know ;) ) , didi -bhaiya (My rakhi-siblings whom I met at Hyderabad and they gradually became part of life/family ) , my cousins(all those lil kiddos -u r the lifelines:) )  and my all friends (from school , college , satyam , V6)!!  

These people are source of smile or can say my smile-o-trigger ...and because of them most of the other people found me cool-calm and smiling. 

Sometimes people ask me , 'we cant imagine that you can be sad anytime.' To which I reply that it is good that you think like that but that does not mean at all that I am emotion-less , I have my own mood zones just like a normal human being , sometimes you can predict that from my face aswell but yes at the same time the fact remains as it is that I hate being sad and I hate myself if I am not able to remove sadness easily. 

If the person asking the above question is younger than me then I never forget to give gyaan like 

 'If we think then we can easily find means which make us happy or which pull us from the sad- zone..be it be music , reading , writing , sleeping , travelling , painting, cooking or simply talking to friends/siblings/other family members whose aura can affect us positively. 

There is no thumb rule or perfect guidelines to be followed to reach the destination -Happy mind state..but yes, one has to work hard to reach there by following own instincts ..by knowing the 'self' beyond what is written in one's resume/bio data. '

I dont think you need any Gurus-Babas-Ammas who can switch on the 'Dimag ki batti' for you to be happy ...It's just 'you' who has to find ways for yourself ....Do good...Be good..and think good...and leave rest on mother nature ...

On the ending note would like to thank all my closed ones , you have given me reasons to smile ..I hope that continues life long ...as I hate being sad..and I know you also hate it if m sad ;) :)

Random Thoughts-1

Was just feeling like blogging but dint have any topic...so on a friend's suggestion penning down all random thoughts coming to my mind ...

I seriously want to attend some LIVE concerts of my favo singers like Shaan..Sonu Nigam..Sunidhi..Strings..Jal..and many more...
Obviously listening A R Rahman LIVE is the topmost TO DO things of my life :)

I am enjoying my work in field of Solar Energy...just want to write something about it..and also given a chance want to have some degree /certifications related to this field...or at least some paper presentations...hmmm!! let's see

I am missing my di..as after she left India we never spoke....and I really wanna talk to her about loddddddds many things :)

I am feeling good that I gave different kinda bday wish to my kid-sister ....which she liked it :)

I am enjoying the shopping -saga...;) ...and trust me finding it real stress-buster :P

I am hating the Chilly-winter...as I never wake up on time these days and start feeling lazy and shift into no-working mood zone after 5 PM .. :X

My job profile is giving me opportunity to meet soo many new people...that's how I am learning to understand people..their mind-sets...and how to deal with them ...
Met some wonderful people ..who got the right to talk to real 'smruti' ....
also met some people with super attitude, super anger, super selfishness ....who can do all maska-job to get their work done...but learning how to deal with them too....
So in all my job is giving me free certifications on HR ;)

December last week was too hectic...office work...meeting siblings...attending functions ...in all time-management !!

Just loved decorating Xmas tree and party with siblings after that....

Sometimes I find that I am just the same ..what I used to be in school or college or at Hyderabad..and sometimes I find that I have changed a lot...dont know what is true...my closed ones can judge that better...

Ahh!! after writing the blog post ...no matter the Random one...feeling happy happy....:)

blog-page sometimes work as real friend..who ll alwayz listen to your bakwas nicely without getting irritated :)

Here comes the December and took me away from the present set-up of life to the most favorite phase of my life so far.... Satyam@Hyderabad ...


I had decided not to write this time as I have already written too much on this topic...but ...but...suddenly since so many days I am observing sooo many Satyamites ( I hate to say Ex- Satyamites) ...posting pics of Satyam days...posting some really good sento status updates and followed by lot many wonderful comments and numbersss of Likes ...
All these were enough triggers for me to logged in to my blog and write down something again... :)

12 th December 2007 

It has been 3 days I have landed in this beautiful city -Hyderabad...
Visit to Char-minar , Salarjung museum with friends and parents made me realize about the Royal Charm the city has and at the same time the beauty of Hussain Sagar  made me smile that Wow! I would be living in this city..


Tomorrow is my DOJ-Date of Joining ...I am anxious ...I am little worried ...I am sooooo much Happy...


This is my first job ..the wonderful gift my University gave me as my campus placement ...I am thinking about my written tests and GD and 2 interviews and how nervous I was at that time...and when they were announcing results of placement how my friends were enthu after hearing my name in the list...


And here I am today ....


Still I have not found PG for me...thinking that if me and my friend would get room at STC itself..let's see..



Tomorrow I ll be meeting so many new people ...some I knew from college...some from Orkut communities and rest unknown but shortly will be added to the friend list ...
Dont know how the training will go...weather I ll be able to understand the new field IT or not...


Hmmmm.... eagerly waiting for tomorrow morning ...We have already visited the Masha-Allah office from where tomorrow I have to take the bus ...


All set to go...for day 1 in the corporate world.....from tomorrow I ll be the  Satyamite ... :) :) :) 


Hoping my stay at Hyd will be memorable and my work at my first job along with lot many new friends would be even more memorable !!!

Decoding the messages ...

You walk in the office campus with perfect rebellious mood with a tinch of fear of how the day is going to be....lot many thoughts...lot many pre-judged consequences ...teeny-weeny anxiety and many un-named emotions taking ride in the mind...you'r walking firmly ...yet lonely ...

And suddenly you hear that someone's phone is  ringing at distance place ...and the words of the ring-tone song simply brings smile on your face ....

You feel confident...the self-confidence level passes the level where anxiousness can vanish...where calmness can make its way to your mind...

You know what were the wordings ...?

इतनी  शक्ती  हमे  देना  दाता , मन  का  विश्वास  कमजोर  हो  ना 
हम  चले  नेक  रस्ते  पे  हम  से , भूलकर  भी  कोइ  भूल  हो  ना !!

कोई  दोस्ती  को  दाव  पे  लगा  के आगे  बढ़ता , कोई  दोस्त  को ही  कर  लेता  इरादोमे  शामेल ,

सीधे  राह  पे  चलते  गए  , मोड़  को  सोचा  अनूठा  आरंभ ,

ना  बिना  पंख  उड़ना  चाहा,ना  ही  माँगा  उससे  ज्यादा  जो  लिखा  प्रारब्ध ,

कोई  हमपे  हँसा , कोई  पूछा  क्यूँ   न  करते  तुम  गफ्लेवाला  काम ,

न  जवाब  दिया  उन्हें ..तो  मान  गए  सब  की  ये  तो  है  आम ,

देरसे  ही  सही  ..मन  को  सुकून  सी  लगती  है  ये  बात ,
